Welcome to TT-East 2004!
Now in it's fourth year, TT-East is the original and largest annual multi-day Audi TT owner's event held east of the Mississippi River in North America. TT-East 2004 will be held from Thursday June 3, 2004 to Sunday June 6, 2004 in rural western Maryland at the Rocky Gap Lodge & Golf Resort. A variety of activities are planned including several scenic area drives, a casual public choice concours, a golf outing, a visit to the National Road Rally event in nearby Cumberland, and more!
The Rocky Gap Lodge & Golf Resort, the official event headquarters for TT-East 2004, is located in the heart of Rocky Gap State Park in Western Maryland near the towns of Cumberland and Flintstone. The Rocky Gap Lodge & Golf Resort offers an extensive list of amenities including world class massage therapies, Maryland's only 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, and much more. Rocky Gap State Park encompasses over 3,000 acres of public land and features 243-acre Lake Habeeb. The lake is fed by Rocky Gap Run which winds its way through an impressive mile long gorge displaying sheer cliffs, overlooks, and a hemlock forest dense with rhododendron.
Event Details*
TT-East 2004 opens late afternoon Thursday June 3, 2004 at the official event headquarters, the Rocky Gap Lodge & Golf Resort, with an attendee sign-in session followed by a welcoming reception party. The final attendee sign-in session will take place Friday morning June 4, 2004 and after a quick driver's meeting, several scenic area drives of various lengths will be offered. Following the drives, a casual "public choice" concours will take place at the resort with the winners to be announced during the Friday evening dinner. On the morning on Saturday June 5, 2004, we drive to nearby Cumberland for our official event photo in the downtown area, to attend various activities at the National Road Rally event, and to have a group lunch at Uncle Tuckers Wood Fired Pizza. Those looking for an alternate activity will have the option of attending a scheduled golf outing on the 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. That evening we hold the closing event dinner and event raffle at the Rocky Gap Lodge & Golf Resort. Sunday June 6, 2004 will offer event attendees a variety of options, including attending either the National Road Rally AutoX or the 3rd Annual Regional Road Rally at the National Road Rally event, plus options for various area drives.
