Registration Information

TT-East 2004 Registration Cost: $165 per person

Each registration includes: Access to all official event activities & hospitality suite, registration package, TT-East 2004 name badge, TT-East 2004 lanyard, one raffle ticket (must be present to win), event souvenirs, goody bag, Thursday evening opening reception (cash bar available), Friday box lunch (menu), Friday buffet dinner at Rocky Gap Resort (menu - cash bar available), Saturday lunch at Uncle Tucker's Woodfired Pizza and Microbrewery (menu - cash bar available), and Saturday dinner at the Rocky Gap Resort (menu - cash bar available). All taxes and gratuities are included.

Sunday Airport Autocross (optional)

At the time of TT-East 2004 registration, you and/or your guest can also register for the Sunday Airport Autocross to be held Sunday June 6, 2004 at the National Road Rally in Cumberland, Maryland. The cost of the Sunday Airport Autocross is $30 per person. NOTES: You must be present to win at the Saturday June 5, 2004 dinner/raffle. Vegetarian meal options are available, please make sure to select vegetarian meal options on the registration form and enter any special requests in the comments field. Online registration promptly ends on Sunday May 2, 2004 at 12:00 MIDNIGHT EDT. Please see the cancellation policy at the bottom of this page.

Registered Attendee Sign-In

LOCATION: Rocky Gap Lodge & Golf Resort, Flintstone, Maryland

DATES & TIMES: There will be two sign-in sessions: first session will take place from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Thursday June 3, 2004; the second and final sign-in session will take place from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM on Friday June 4, 2004.

PLEASE NOTE: The event registration fee does not cover the cost of nor automatically reserve a room at the Rocky Gap Lodge & Golf Resort (the official event headquarters) nor any other area hotel. Please see the hotels section of this web site for further information.

Cancellation Policy

To submit a cancellation request after having registered for TT-East, please specify your FULL NAME and E-MAIL ADDRESS and send an e-mail to:

   cancel@tt-east.org

PLEASE NOTE: All cancellation requests must be sent via e-mail to the above e-mail address. Cancellation requests received prior to Sunday May 2, 2004 12:00 midnight EDT will be refunded all monies minus a $50.00 administrative fee per person registered. Cancellation requests received after Sunday May 2, 2004 12:00 midnight EDT will forfeit the full cost of registration per person. Registrations not paid in full by the close of business on Monday May 10, 2004 will automatically be cancelled.
